What do you do to get you through the challenges in life?

 

In the past, my main help through grief was always exercise. Pilates has always been my first choice being a Pilates, Barre & PiYo Instructor for the last 18 years and over the past 4 years being a virtual health and fitness coach, I have added Beachbody On Demand programs to my exercise for variety and strength. When I wrote my chapter in the best-selling book called Women Who Inspire – exercise was again crucial for stress relief and helping to put my mind in a positive vibe and visualization.

 

Some times are easier than others to stay consistent with exercise but it is essential for
increasing endorphins and keeping your body moving at its best.

 

Now I have added meditation, writing & visualization (still working on
consistency with these!) The best way to remain consistent is to commit together. Staying accountable with others is key.
